TRINITY ADVISORY SOLUTIONS
Enterprise performance is rarely constrained by ambition. It is constrained by execution.
The organizations that consistently outperform are those that improve the quality of executive decisions before complexity becomes commercial decline.
I close the gap between executive ambition and organizational execution.
For more than twenty years, my core has been CRM and enterprise sales optimization, the discipline underneath every account I've run, across technology, telecommunications, and media industries at Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, Verizon, and Teradata. I carried that discipline into AI decision intelligence as Aible's first Chief Revenue Officer, then formalized it through AI Strategy and Governance at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, and now apply both to the enterprises navigating the same shift I've already led. The technology keeps changing. The pattern doesn't: diagnose the constraint, align leadership around a practical operating model, and build the execution discipline that converts vision into measurable results.

HOW I WORK
I don't begin with technology. I begin with clarity.
I work with a small number of enterprise technology and PE-backed leadership teams at the moment strategy has outpaced execution: naming the specific constraint limiting growth, aligning leadership around a practical operating model, and building the commercial discipline required to execute it. Every engagement is scoped to the constraint in front of it. None of them are standard.
Current engagements include building the go-to-market strategy for a confidential AI platform backed by a private equity growth firm, advising an AI-native CRM company on competitive strategy and enterprise launch, and designing an AI-enabled sales workforce for a confidential hospitality and live-events client. Client names are withheld under NDA; details are available in conversation.
I'm not running an open advisory practice. If your organization is facing a comparable inflection and it's worth talking through, start a conversation →.
